Maximum Torque Per Ampere Algorithm for Five-Phase Synchronous Reluctance Machines

چکیده
This article presents a maximum torque per ampere strategy for five-phase synchronous reluctance drive. The approach is developed considering general machine parameters and formalized as constrained optimization problem. optimal solution found analytically by using Lagrange’s multipliers method based on the computation of eigenvalues eigenvectors inductance derivatives matrix. proposed evaluated both numerically experimentally. It also compared with other current references control strategies, effectively showing reduction rms currents same torque. can be extended to machines different number phases.
